Alternatively, enter the mobile phone number of
the recipient/s in the To: field. Use a semicolon
to separate multiple recipients.
3. After you have selected your recipient/s, tap the
message area and enter your message.
4. Tap Send. The text message is sent.
TIP: To cancel a message before sending it,
tap Menu > Cancel Message while in the text
message creation screen.
Delivery notification
To request a delivery notification:
1. Tap Menu > Message Options... while in the
text message creation screen.
2. Tick the Request message delivery
notification checkbox.
3. Tap ok. Your request is sent to your Service
Provider.
Inserting predefined text into a
message
To save time when entering text, you can insert
predefined text into a message:
1. Tap Menu > My Text while in the text message

creation screen.
2. Tap the text that you want to insert.

Replying to a message

1. From an open message, tap Reply.
If you are replying to a number of recipients, tap
Menu > Reply > Reply All.
2. Enter your message in the message area.
3. Tap Send. The text message is sent.

Forwarding a message

1. From an open message, tap Menu > Reply >
Forward.
2. Add recipient/s. For details, refer to Creating a
text (SMS) message.
3. If required, edit the message in the message
area.
4. Tap Send. The text message is sent.

Deleting a message

1. From the Today screen, tap Start >
Messaging > Text Messages.
2. Select the message that you want to delete and
tap Delete.
