4. Tap Menu > Download Message. The
complete message is retrieved the next time
you synchronise or connect to your e-mail
server to send/receive e-mail.
Downloading an e-mail attachment
In an open message with an attachment to
download, tap the attachment. The attachment is
downloaded the next time you synchronise or
connect to your e-mail server to send/receive
e-mail.
TIP: Alternatively, you can scroll down to the
bottom of the e-mail and tap Get entire
message and any attachments. After
tapping this message, Message and all
attachment will download next time you
connect and receive e-mail. is displayed.
Viewing an e-mail attachment
In an open message containing a downloaded
attachment, tap the attachment.
NOTE: You can only view attachments for file
types that are supported by your Toshiba
phone.
Adding a picture to an e-mail
1. In the message area of an e-mail, tap Menu >
Insert > Picture.
2. Tap the picture that you want to add.
Switching between e-mail folders and
accounts
1. Tap Start > Messaging > Outlook E-mail >
Menu > Go to > Folders...
2. Tap the folder that you want to view.
