Installing EGR related components/parts
To install these components/parts, reverse the
disassembly procedure described above: thus
install the lead valve, spacer, EGR valve, EGR pipe,
EGR cooler, elbow, cooler cooling water hose, and
EGR cooling water hose exactly in this order.
The EGR system uses steel gaskets at the joints
between its components/parts. When you remove
the system's components/parts and reinstall them,
replace the steel gaskets between them with new
correct ones.
