cleaners, primers, sealants and
sealant removers.

servicing the engine and when using
compressed air or high-pressure
water. Dust, flying debris, compressed
air, pressurized water or steam may

when you handle long life or extended
life engine coolant. If contact with the
eyes or skin should occur, flush eyes

When it is necessary to replace an EGR
valve, be sure to replace the entire EGR
valve assembly. Neither attempt to
disassemble and repair the EGR valve,
nor replace its individual components.
The EGR system uses steel gaskets at
the joints between its
components/parts. These steel gaskets
are specific to the respective joints.
When you remove the system's
components/parts and reinstall them,
replace the steel gaskets between them
with new correct ones.
