If data provisioning fails, do the following:

If Data Provisioning fails and the message "could not prepare data services,
please contact Sprint" displays, retry the Data Provisioning step by tapping the
"Admin" menu icon at the bottom of the Watcher screen. Select "Data Provi-
sioning..." and answer "yes" to the request.

If after several attempts to complete the Data Provisioning over the air, it may
be necessary to manually enter the data activation method.

Manual activation is beyond the scope of this guide, therefore, go to Intermec
Knowledge Central (http://www.intermec.com, then select Service & Support
> Knowledge Central) The article (number 5749) is titled How to Manually
Activate a Sprint CDMA WAN Radio in the 760 Device.
