This subnet menu contains four items:
1. System Options: please refer to chapter 4.3.3.2.1
2. Community Strings: please refer to chapter 4.3.3.2.2
3. Trap Managers: please refer to chapter 4.3.3.2.3
4. Previous Menu: please refer to chapter 4.3.3.2.4

Allow inputting the system name, system location, system contact.
