Before first use, you only have to unfold the wheelchair and attach the leg rests. In the follo- wing chapter, you will find notes on how to unfold the wheelchair and pre- pare it for use.

    05 SETTINGS FOR INDIVIDUAL ADJUSTMENT WHEELCHAIR SETTINGS The AS[01] offers many setting options for optimally adjusting it to your needs Making the settings on a wheelchair is complicated work because some of them are technically sophisticated and require thorough knowledge of the needs of the individual user.

    05 SETTINGS FOR INDIVIDUAL ADJUSTMENT 5.5 Setting the back height The height of the back pad can be set to one of two positions ( +/-3 cm). To do this, loosen Allen screw E at the top of the back tube (or the T-screw for changing the height of adjustable push handles).

Please make sure that the supporting plate is correctly inserted. Now replace the cover and use the 3 screws provided ( 2 x long, 1 x short) to tighten it.
