QConvergeConsole GUI supports the internal and external loopback, read/write
buffer, and beacon on/off diagnostic tests for Fibre Channel ports.

In the QConvergeConsole system tree, select the adapter port.
In the content pane on the right, click the Diagnostics tab, and then click the
General Diagnostics tab.
From the Data Pattern list, do one of the following:
Select a data byte or compliant jitter pattern.
Click Customized to specify your own eight-byte pattern. Enter the
data in hexadecimal format (0–FF) into the eight Customized boxes.
Click Random to randomly generate an eight-byte data pattern.
The data size sets the number of bytes transferred per test per iteration
when the test is run.
