1. Remember that the IP source and IP destination addresses of user IP packets are not
the IP addresses of RipEXes who transport them.
2. ETH Protocol packets for TCP proxy are counted on "TCP socket", i.e. between RipEX
Ethernet and Host device. Rx from Host device to RipEX, Tx from RipEX to Host.
