HiBAN Wireless Link
Technical information
The sound processor uses a proprietary wireless technology,
HiBAN, to enable communication between left and right
processors (DuoPhone, QuickSync, and ZoomControl
features) or a processor and AB myPilot or ComPilot
accessories.
The HiBAN link operates in a 10.6 MHz band using
a frequency shift keying (FSK) mechanism on a single
channel.
The following table summarizes the technical
details of the HiBAN technology implemented in the
Naída CI sound processor platform:
