Troubleshooting for high pressure protection (E1)
Malfunction diagnosis flowchart:
Whether the display panel and main board are
Whether the OVC terminal on main board are
connected well with high pressure switch on the
Whether the wiring of high pressure switch is loosened?
Whether the high pressure switch is broken or poorly
Refrigerant is superabundant
Poor heat exchange (including filth
blockage of heat exchanger and bad radiating
Check whether the supply voltage is normal (if it is 3-
phase unit, the high pressure protection may be caused by
overcurrent protection due to this reason)
intake and air discharge at indoor / outdoor heat
Check whether the filter and
heat exchang fin of indoor / outdoor unit is blocked
Check whether the gas valve and liquid valve for
outdoor unit are opened completely?

please replace the high pressure switch

Adjust the volume of refrigerant according to the
requirement of system

Adjust the unit to improve the heat exchange of unit

Decrease the ambient temperature

The normal fluctuation is within 10% of the rated voltage on
nameplate

Adjust the system to make the air intake and air discharge
of indoor and outdoor heat exchanger smooth

If there s filth blockage, please get rid of it
