Problem
No sound from Discussion
Devices.
Faint or distorted sound from
Discussion Devices.
Microphone does not
respond.
Acoustic feedback from
Discussion Devices.

Possible cause
Microphone active or
headphones connected.
Loudspeaker volume too low. Use the volume control
One or both trunk lines are
overloaded.
One or both trunk lines are
overloaded.
Loudspeaker volume is too
high.
Distance between Discussion
Devices is too small (the
microphone of one device is
too close to the loudspeaker
of another device).
When using open
headphones, the distance
between the headphones and
the Discussion Device's
microphone is too small.

Possible solution
Note: The loudspeaker is
automatically switched off
when:
The microphone is
activated.
Headphones are
connected.
button on the Control Unit to
centrally increase the volume
of all Discussion Devices.
Reduce the load on the trunk-
lines:

Discussion Devices, or
Reduce the length of the
extension cable(s).

Use the volume control on the
