Interface
Figure B1-1 shows the functional structure of YFGW410 PROFINET interface and the relation
with other devices.
In the PROFINET network, YFGW410 PROFINET interface operates as a PROFINET IO Device
accessed from PROFINET IO Controllers. YFGW410 PROFINET interface translates PROFI-
NET cyclic communication from/to ISA100 Wireless cyclic I/O communication according to the
predefi ned mapping. The I/O data transferred by YFGW410 PROFINET interface includes not
only general I/O data but also PROFIsafe safety Protocol Data Unit (PDU).
