Measurement of AU pointer actions

Evaluation
The AU pointer (pointer #1 in virtual concatenation) is indicated as an absolute value. The
direction and number of pointer movements are detected.
NDF (new data flag) is detected and counted (pointer #1 in virtual concatenation).
The differences (delta) between the pointer values of pointers #2 to #4 and pointer #1 are
determined and recorded (virtual concatenation).
