11 Guarantee
We provide a guarantee for proven material or production flaws on systems
and devices for 12 months from the date of delivery. These guarantee rights
are voided in the event of improper use or abuse.
In guarantee cases, the defective part will be repaired or replaced free of
charge at our discretion. Transport and travel costs will be paid by the orderer.
The guarantee conditions of the supplier apply for third party materials.
We will accept no liability for suitability of the delivered goods for the intended
purpose.
Our liability is limited in all cases to the defective instrument only. All other
liability for further damages is expressly excluded.
