Voice mail
Most service providers supply you
with a mailbox in which a caller can
leave a voice mail for you if
• your phone is switched off or not
ready to receive,
• you do not want to answer,
• you are making a phone call (and
if

If the voice mail service is not part of
your service provider's standard
package, you will need to register for
it, and possibly set the voice mail
manually. The following sequence
may vary from service provider to
service provider.

Listening to messages
A new voice message may be
announced as:
• Icon plus beep or
• Notification via SMS or
• You receive a call with an
automatic announcement.
Call your mailbox and play the
message(s) back.
Open the clamshell to use the
keypad.
