ASSEMBLING THE HANDLEBAR (FIG. 1)
1.
Align the holes on the upper handle with those on the lower handle.
2.
insert the bolts, and tighten them using the knob provided.
3.
Place the handle as shown the figure below.

NOTE: Do not completely tighten the wing nuts until the
assembly is complete.
