The USB 305 (3G) wireless modem enables you to connect to
the Internet, send and receive email, connect to a corporate
network or virtual private network (VPN), or view streaming
video, without the need for a cable.
The modem fits into Type A USB ports. The modem has a
built‐in antenna.

Operating systems
You can use your USB 305 modem on the following operating
systems:

Mac OS 10.6 or later
On Windows operating systems, the USB 305 modem is TRU‐
Install
enabled. All the required software is on the modem.
When you set up your modem, the software is installed on
your computer. You do not need an installation CD.
On Mac OS systems, the USB 305 uses native Mac support. No
installation is required.
