SEAT BELTS

Seats intended for occupancy while the
vehicle is in motion are equipped with seat belts
for the protection of the driver and passengers.
Lap Belts
The lap belts must be worn as low as possible
and fit snugly across the hip area. Always sit
erect and well back into the seat. To gain full
protection of the safety belt, never let more than
one person use the same safety belt at any one
time, and do not let the safety belts become
damaged by pinching them in the doors or in the
seat mechanism. After any serious accident, any
seat belts which were in use at the time should be
replaced.
