WHAT CAN YOU SPIRALIZE?
The Spiralizer is designed to take a variety of fruits and vegetables and turn them into unique
shapes and sizes for use in meal preparation. Below are some suggestions to get you
started.
Food
Apple
Beetroot
Butternut Pumpkin
Broccoli
Carrot
Cabbage
Celeriac
Cucumber
Melon
Onion
Parsnip
Pear
Potato
Sweet potato
Turnip/Swede
Zucchini
Note: We do not recommend spiralizing dough, or fruits and vegetables that are frozen,
hollow, very soft, or that have pits.
