    Equipment Description The Groen DHS is a floor-mounted, tilting, steam each of the legs can be adjusted to level the jacketed kettle with a thermostatically controlled, kettle. Standard DHT units include a two inch self-contained, gas-heated steam source and tangent draw-off valve.

    Troubleshooting Your Groen kettle is designed to operate smoothly and efficiently if properly maintained. However, the following is a list of checks to make in the event of a problem. Wiring diagrams are furnished inside the service panel and in this manual.
