For example, using the button above, DID 3101 should ring extension 101 during
the Day and at Night go to the Auto Attendant. DID 3102 should ring extension
102 in Day or at Night. Both 3101 and 3102 are assigned to Day Mode (1-50).
3101 is also assigned to Night Mode (51-100).
During Day Mode the system will look for a DID match from 1-50. Both numbers
are there so a match is found.
In Night Mode, the system will first look for a match from 51-100. It will find 3101
and direct the call to the Auto Attendant. It doesn't find 3102 so will next look from
1-50 for a match, which it finds, and 3102 goes to the same destination as it does
during Day Mode.
6.
Click the Add Range button to configure incoming DID's. This button can be
clicked multiple times, for example once for Day Mode and again for Night
Mode.

Another window will open where you can enter the Received DID digits
(enter the last four digits) and where you want the DID to go (Target). If
there are multiple DID's which are in consecutive sequential order and are
going to Target's which are also in consecutive sequential order, then enter
the first DID and first Target and set the Count field to the number of DID's.
The system will automatically assign the range of DID's.
The buttons at the bottom of the window are the system Operation
Modes. Select the Mode which the DID or DID range will operate.
If the DID is going to the same location 24 hours a day, choose the
Day button. If the system will not use Night Mode, choose the Day
button.
