System Alarm display via WebPro

The system alarm can be checked via WebPro. By clicking the System Alarm icon
from the Maintenance Menu of WebPro, up to 100 alarm reports can be
monitored. WebPro does not support an alarm report output.
The following user level can access the function:
1 = MF (Manufacturer Level)
2 = IN (Installer Level)
