Maintain Tab

Press the Maintain tab to have access to the Maintain tool group area (Fig. 253). The maintain tool
group allows adjustment of hardware settings.

The Maintain area is divided into the Maintain and Options field.
The tool tabs in the Maintain field allow the calibration and adjustment of hardware settings. The
following options are available:
− Define Objectives
− Define Filters
The tool tabs in the Options field allow customized hardware and software settings. The following
options are available:
System Options: Options for Lightsheet Z.1

Streaming: Defining the directory and the dimensions for data saving during acquisition.

Adjustment: Tools to adjust the Lightsheet Z.1 and the detection modules.

3.4.1 Maintain – Objectives
Expand the Objectives tab to have access to the objective definition and selection.
With this function one can assign a detection optic or illumination optics, e.g. when an detection optic or
both illumination optics were exchanged within the Lightsheet Z.1 system without having to leave the
ZEN software.
