Warranty and maintenance
The NE1032 RackSwitch comes with a 3-year Customer Replaceable Unit (CRU) hardware limited
warranty with 9x5 Next Business Day (NBD) Parts Delivered and includes a 3-year software license, which
provides entitlement to upgrades over that period.
The following optional warranty and maintenance upgrades are available for the
NE1032 RackSwitch through Lenovo service upgrade offerings:

Remote Technical Support (RTS) provides comprehensive technical call center support. RTS can
reduce problem resolution time, which decreases the cost to address technical problems and
increases uptime.
Hardware Installation Services - Networking
Lenovo experts can seamlessly manage the physical installation of your networking hardware.
Working at a time convenient for you (business hours or off shift), the technician will unpack and
inspect the switches on your site, install options, mount in a rack cabinet, connect to power and
network, check and update firmware to the latest levels, verify operation, and dispose of the
packaging, allowing your team to focus on other priorities.
Lenovo warranty service upgrade offerings are country-specific. Not all warranty service upgrades are
