Braden Scale

Braden Scale is a six-question
survey to help evaluate the
patient's potential for developing
pressure ulcers.
To do a Braden Scale evaluation:
1 Press Braden Scale.

Select each survey item in
turn to see the complete
question.
3 Select the number that
most accurately corre-
sponds to the patient's
condition for each of the
six survey questions.
4 When completed, the
Braden score is displayed in
the Patient Information
screen with the date of the
evaluation.
