This section describes how to remove the comb binding punch waste from the ring binder.

Open the ring binder
front right cover.
Using both hands,
pull out the comb
binding punch
receptacle.

Empty the comb
binding punch
receptacle.
Reinstall the comb
binding punch
receptacle.
Close the ring binder
front right cover.
