The light illuminates when you have voicemail
messages waiting.
The light flashes when a call is ringing on the IP
Softphone 2050.
Press the Maximize button to maximize or minimize the
IP Softphone 2050.
If the IP Softphone 2050 is minimized, press this button
to maximize the IP Softphone 2050 window.
If the IP Softphone 2050 is maximized but behind
another window, press this button to bring the IP
Softphone 2050 to the foreground.
If the IP Softphone 2050 is maximized, press this button
to minimize the IP Softphone 2050.
Available on the desktop adapter only. Press this button
to access the Smart Functions menu. For more
information, refer to
"Using the Smart Functions menu"
on page
37.
To answer an incoming call, press Answer.
If you have no incoming call when you press this button,
the IP Softphone 2050 selects a line and you hear a dial
tone.
Press the Release button to terminate the current call.
Press the Mute button to mute a call. When you mute a
call, you can still hear your caller, but your caller cannot
hear you. Press the Mute button a second time to
resume your conversation.
You can find the Mute light beside the Mute button. With
a call on mute, the Mute light illuminates. With a call off
mute, the Mute light remains off.
