CAUSE
Battery door (F) not closed
Dead battery
Battery door (F) will not close
Blocked earmold or tube
Blocked wax guard
Blocked earmold or dome (E)
Change in hearing, volume too low
Excessive ear wax
Incorrect earmold placement
Incorrect dome (E) placement
Excessive ear wax
If none of the above
Device may be in flight mode
POSSIBLE REMEDY
Turn on by closing the battery door (F)
Replace battery
Insert battery properly
Clean earmold or tube
Replace wax guard (D) or consult your hearing care professional
Clean earmold, replace dome (E), replace guard (D)
Consult your hearing care professional
Consult your hearing care professional
Re-insert earmold carefully
Re-insert dome (E)
Clean guard/consult your hearing care professional

Open and close the battery compartment (F) once.
Wireless operation will reactivate ten seconds later.
