WARNING

Symptom
Light bulb not working.
Overhead heat is too hot.
Overhead heat is not hot enough.
Base heat is too hot.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD: Turn the power switch OFF,
unplug the power cord, and allow the unit to cool before
performing any maintenance or cleaning.
Tighten or replace light bulb. Use Hatco P/N
02.30.122.00.
Move Power Switch to "On" position.
Plug in unit, have receptacle repaired by a certified
electrician, or use a different receptacle.
Contact Authorized Service Agent or Hatco for
assistance.
Contact Authorized Service Agent or Hatco for
assistance.
Contact Authorized Service Agent or Hatco for
assistance.
Relocate unit or redirect air movement (i.e. air
conditioning duct or exhaust fan) away from unit.
Replace sneeze guard with optional front access
door assembly to keep heat contained.
Adjust BASE HEAT control knob to a lower setting.
