4-2-12 (A) Disassembly
1. Remove the Washer Slit Π. Then lift the Gear
Capstan ´ .
2. Remove the Belt Timing ˇ . Then lift the Gear
Pulley Ass'y ¨ .
3. Lift the Gear Cam Main ˆ and the Lever Cam Ø.
Note : When reassembling the Gear Cam Main 5, Align the tim-
ing point of the Gear Mode S/W. (See Fig. A)

4-2-12 (B) Reassembly
1. Mount the Gear Pulley Ass'y ¨ on the main base.
Then hang the Belt Timing ˇ to the
Gear Pulley Ass'y ¨.
2. Mount the Gear Capstan ´ so that the Belt Timing
ˇ is hung to the Gear Capstan ´.
3. Install the Washer Slit Œ.
4. Insert the Lever Cam Ø into the Pin ∏.
5. Align the hole of the Lever Cam Ø with the Timing
hole "A" of the Main Base .
6. Align the hole of the Gear Cam Main ˆ with the
Timing hole "B" of the Main Base. Then mount the
Gear Cam Main ˆ .
