This control range starts with the boiler temp min and ends with the boiler temp
min + controll range BT. In the control range the switch on time of the mixer shor-
tens dynamicly. That means, the closer the boilertemp gets to the boilertemp min,
the shorter is the opening duration of the mixer.
This control range is operating from the calculated flow-setpoint-temperature up-
wards and downwards. In the control range the opening and closing duration of the
mixer are changing dynamicly to avoid a oscillation of the hydraulic system. That
means, the closer the measured flow temp is to the calculated flow temp, the shor-
ter is the opening- or closing duration of the mixer.
The minimum value of the temperature rise at the boiler sensor.
