The following is the procedure for turning off the ERR. LED.
(a) I/O signals when the ERR.LED is lit
When an error occurs, the ERR. LED on the front of the QJ71MB91 module lights
up, and the CH common/CHn error (X1B/X1C) turns on. ((1) in the figure)
