Faults Diagnosis

Possible Cause
P1 Error Code
In COOL mode:
roomtemperature is lower
thanthe set temperature
The air filter is blocked
withdust or animal hair
Exhaust hose is notconnected
or is blocked
The unit is low onrefrigerant
Temperature setting is toohigh
The windows and doors inthe
room are open
The room area is too large
There are heat sourcesinside
the room
The ground is not level
The air filter is blocked
withdust or animal hair
This sound is caused by
theflow of refrigerant insidethe
unit
Troubleshooting
The Water Collection Tray is full.Turn
off the unit, drain the water from the
Water Collection Tray and restart the
unit.
Reset the temperature
Turn off the unit and clean thefilter
according to instructions
Turn off the unit, disconnect thehose,
check for blockage and reconnect the
hose
Call a service technician to inspectthe
unit and top off refrigerant
Decrease the set temperature
Make sure all windows and doors are
closed
Double-check the cooling area
Remove the heat sources if possible
Place the unit on a flat, level surface
Turn off the unit and clean thefilter
according to instructions
This is normal
