Retain these instructions for future reference.
Leak test annually, and whenever the gas bottle is removed or replaced. Check that
the hose connections are tight and leak test each time you reconnect the gas bottle.
For Flare-up control please refer to the 'OPERATION' section of this manual.

  • Page 13 Top view Assemble the front panel by aligning the holes in the Front and Side panels and securing together using the Wing Bolts (B2x2pcs) to lock the top of front panel. Loosen the retaining bolts (do not to completely release/remove), then place the Cylinder Bracket (A10) in position by aligning the retaining bolts with the underside slots of cylinder bracket, and secure into place.

Remove the retaining bolts (8pcs) and L-shape plate (4pcs) from Double Drawers (A4), then fix the double drawers into the island module by screwing the retaining bolts through the L-shape plate.
  • Page 16 Put the Countertop (A2) onto the assembled island unit. Place the Bar Cabinet (A8) onto the Right Side Panel and fix using Wing Bolts (B3x2pcs).
  • Page 17 Place the Bar Countertop (A7) onto the Bar Cabinet (A8) and fix using Wing Bolts (B1x3pcs). Position the Barbecue (A1) onto the assembled island unit. WARNING: Be careful not to damage hose and regulator.
  • Page 18 Connect the hose and regulator assembly to the cylinder. WARNING: Check that connections are tight. Attention: the bar may also be assembled on the left side of the unit using the procedure when assembling the bar to the right side of the unit.
