Limiting Available Functions
To prevent unauthorized operation, you can specify who is allowed to access each of the machine's
functions.
Available Functions
Specify the available functions from the copier, fax, scanner, and printer functions.
Specifying Which Functions are Available
This can be specified by the user administrator. Specify the functions available to registered users. By making
this setting, you can limit the functions available to users.

Press the [User Tools/Counter] key.
2.
Select [System Settings] using [ ] or [ ], and then press the [OK] key.
3.
Select [Administrator Tools] using [ ] or [ ], and then press the [OK] key.
4.
Select [Address Book Management], using [ ] or [ ], and then press the [OK] key.
