Clean the Camera Lenses
Troubleshooting
AutoCube 8200 User Guide
Depending on the environment, the AutoCube camera lenses can become
dirty with dust and/or grease. To clean the lenses use compressed air to
blow off dust and debris. If more cleaning is necessary use isopropyl alcohol
(or similar solution) applied with an optical grade cleaning cloth.
Problem
Image is frozen in AutoCube
application
Cannot detect object
Cannot set measurement area
Solution
Close the application, unplug and re-plug the USB cable
for the camera then restart the AutoCube application.
•
Object is too dark.
•
Object is too shiny.
•
Object is too big.
•
Object is not in the measurement area.
•
Object is transparent
•
Ground plane surface is too reflective or transparent.
•
Ground place surface is not flat enough.
•
