The glass must be purchased from an ENVIRO dealer. No substitute materials are allowed. To remove the door (see page 12). The replacement glass will come with a new gasket installed. Remove any silicone remnants from the door.
Maintenance And Service Leaning ecoRatiVe uRFaces Painted and porcelain faces should be wiped with a damp cloth periodically. If a plated face has been purchased, it should be unpacked/unwrapped carefully to avoid getting anything on the surface of the finish, including cleaners, polish and finger prints. It is important to note that fingerprints and other marks can leave a permanent stain on plated finishes.

CAUTION: The gas supply must be shut off prior to disconnecting the electrical power and before proceeding with the conversion.

Shown below are minimum clearances; increasing these dimensions is allowable as long as vent length remains in the allowable range.

The horizontal vent shield must be used when the minimum vent configuration is used. If more than 12” of vertical rise is used the shield should not be installed.

The exhaust restrictor ring kit is included in the manual bag, to install the exhaust restrictor the safety screen assembly and glass door must be removed, see the Maintenance and Service section.

C44 Nova Dual Convection Fan Kit (50-3212) The C44 has an optional convection fan kit that can be installed at anytime as long as power has been connected to the appliance during the installation. The fan will not operate if the appliance is cold. Once the unit has been running a thermostat switch will turn on the fans, set the rheostat to the desired level.

C44 Light Kit (50-3211) The C44 has an optional light fan kit that requires one side of the inside receptacle to be wired as a switch plug. The switched plug will be controlled by an external wall switch, this should be next to your burner switch or thermostat.
Wear clean vinyl gloves when handling 50-3208 (Enameled) to prevent smudging; use denatured alcohol to clean. Unwrap your new Enviro liner set from their protective packaging. Be careful not to scratch or bump then liners as they are fairly fragile. If the liners arrive damaged please contact your nearest Enviro dealer.
