NVT-3/9 SERVICE AND REPAIR MANUAL
1) Place a thermocouple or a reliable thermometer on a pan in the center of each cavity.
2) Turn on the oven and proofer cavities of the unit and select the bread recipe.
3) Allow the temperature in the oven and proofer to stabilize.
Important Note: Allow the oven to cycle at least twice before attempting to
4) Press the program key (PROG) to bring up the numerical keypad, key in 6888 followed by the
enter key (the check mark key).
5) Compare the temperature value on your thermometer and the display.
6) If the values match, your unit is calibrated properly. If the values do not match, press the "+" or
"-" keys to change the display value to match your thermometer.
7) To exit the calibration screen, press the enter key.
