1.1 Introduction

AAEON announces a brand new EPIC Board EPIC-9457 Rev.B,
designed to fit in diverse applications that demand for fitting in
different space limitations and high performance.
®
EPIC-9457 Rev.B accommodates onboard Intel Atom™ N270
Processor 1.6GHz and the Front Side Bus is 400/533MHz. This
model features DDRII 533 and system memory is up to 1GB.

Moreover, EPIC-9457 Rev.B adopts Intel 945GME + ICH7M.
®
In addition, EPIC-9457 Rev.B deploys Intel ITE8781 chip and
features two RJ-45 ports onboard to display the transcendent
performance of network connections. This new EPIC Express
®
Board integrated Intel 945GME + CH7308 + CH7307C display
chipset to support CRT/LCD simultaneous/ dual view displays.
In addition to the PCI/104-Express and Mini-Card expansions,
EPIC-9457 Rev.B also features two SATA, one Type II
CompactFlash™ for the storage and six USB 2.0 ports, four COM
ports, 8-bit Digital I/O for flexible I/O expansion. EPIC-9457 Rev.B
is an excellent choice for your vital applications.
