1. Remove back cover
Loosen the 4 set screws on the rear panel of the device
using a straight screwdriver, and then remove the back
cover.
2. Install the battery
Insert the battery into the opening on the back of the
device, making sure the gold contacts on the battery align
that on the device. And then gently press down to secure
the battery.
3. Uninstall the battery
Lift the battery up from the device bottom side and then
remove it away from the device.

2.3.2 Installing the SIM Card

Two card sockets are provided, one for the main SIM card with a built-in 3G antenna and the other one for the slave SIM
card requiring an external antenna. When the device is working in the single card mode, insert the SIM card into the Main
Card Socket.
Perform the following steps to install the SIM card:

When the 3G slave SIM card is adopted, install an external 3G antenna at the top of the device.

When the 4G SIM card is adopted, insert the 4G SIM card into the main card socket and then install an external 4G
antenna.
