GFDS Data Request Status Window

The Request Status window will show a response such as "OK" when manual
requests are made. The time for the next auto update will be shown.
Diameter/Route Width GFDS Data Request
1) After selecting a coverage option in the previous section,
Width field will now be highlighted.
2) Turn the small MFD knob to select the desired
