Troubleshooting

Often faults have simple causes which you can remedy yourself with the aid of the following table.
In case of doubt, or if you encounter a fault or cause not listed here, please consult an authorized
Customer Service point.

Remedy
Draw out mains plug, check the connection lead and mains plug
for damage.
Insert baffle plate correctly (see Supplied items).
Wash and dry intermediate filter or insert a new filter (see Care /
Maintenance).
Check MIN / MAX mark on the container.
Change water and add 1–2 capfuls of FoamStop. Wash and dry
intermediate filter or insert a new filter.
Check.
Change HEPA-Plus filter (see Care / Maintenance).
Wash filter; if required, insert new filter (see Care / Maintenance).
Remove blockage.
Remove deposits (see Care / Maintenance).
Check (see Operation).
Close false air slide.
Change water and add 1 capful of FoamStop to the water filter
container.
