Test descriptions, judging conditions, etc.
Confirm that all the panel LEDs will light up.
The LEDs on the PNL side light up when [TAB
The LEDs on the PNR side light up when [TAB
The 2-color LED lights up in orange.
When exiting from the test, "ALL Panel LED On Check" is displayed on LCD.
Checks all the red LEDs' lighting up.
Confirm that all the red LEDs will light up.
The LEDs on the PNL side light up when [TAB
The LEDs on the PNR side light up when [TAB
When exiting from the test, "Red LED On Check" is displayed on LCD.
Confirm that all the green LEDs will light up.
The LEDs on the PNL side light up when [TAB
The LEDs on the PNR side light up when [TAB
When exiting from the test, "Green LED On Check" is displayed on LCD.
Confirm that all the LCD dots turn into black.
Confirm that all the LCD dots turn into white.
Press the [1] to [4] switches of [REGISTRATION MEMORY] in order.
The brightness of the LCD grows less lighter every time a switch is pressed. ([2] and [4] have the
same brightness)
Check uniform brightness and the LCD does not light off at each stage.
Switch from RGB pattern → rainbow pattern → flicker noise pattern, using [TAB ] switch. Reversely
switch from the flicker noise pattern → rainbow pattern → RGB pattern if using [TAB
The test program displays the color pattern for inspecting the picture quality of the LCD.
First, detect the center of the [PITCH BEND] wheel.
Check that the C3 note is output when rotating the [PITCH BEND] wheel to minimum from
center, and that the G3 note is output when rotating it to maximum. Check that the C4 note is
output when rotating it back to the center.
Confirm that "Pitch Bend Wheel Check OK" is displayed on LCD when exiting from the test.
Rotate the [MODULATION] wheel to maximum toward the back and then rotate it to maximum
to the front.
The C3 note is output when rotating the wheel to maximum and the C4 note is output when
rotating it to minimum.
Confirm that "Modulation Wheel Check OK" is displayed on LCD when exiting from the test.
Checks Pedal 1.
Connect the foot volume to the [FOOT SWITCH] jack.
The C3 note is output when pressing the pedal to minimum and the G3 note is output when
pressing it to maximum. Then the C4 note is output when removing the pedal from the [FOOT
PEDAL] jack.
Confirm that "Pedal 1 Check OK" is displayed on LCD when exiting from the test.
Checks Pedal 2.
Connect the foot volume to the [FOOT SWITCH] jack.
The C3 note is output when pressing the pedal to minimum and the G3 note is output when
pressing it to maximum. Then the C4 note is output when removing the pedal from the [FOOT
PEDAL] jack.
Confirm that "Pedal 2 Check OK" is displayed on LCD when exiting from the test.
