Error Code
Error can be shown after intialising the Cam at switch on.
If the time taken to rotate the Cam mechanism by half a
turn was longer than 2.5 seconds the error is displayed.
23:00
This is designed to indicate a low level output from the
external PSU (PSU looks very similar to other IT
equipment).
Error Code
Error is shown while processing a downloadable Firmware
24:00 Binary File. If the file length is greater than 1170432
bytes (1143kB) the error is displayed.
Error is shown while attempting to write a downloaded
Firmware Binary File into Flash memory. If the format ID

string in the downloaded file is not the correct one for the
Rio Pro (e.g. Rio/Tango 2E) the error is displayed.

Error is shown after printing a Card. If it fails to increment
24:03 the printed Card count in the RFID Tag this error will be
displayed.
Error is shown while trying to feed a Card from the Hopper
to the printing area. If the Printer sees the middle Card
Sensor block before the rear Card Sensor does the error

is displayed. This could possibly indicate that the rear
Sensor has dropped out of position, but could also mean
that the middle Card Sensor is faulty.
Error is shown while trying to feed a Card from the Hopper
to the printing area. If the Printer sees the front Card
Sensor block before the rear and middle Card Sensors
24:05 the error is displayed. This could possibly indicate that
both the rear and middle Card Sensors have dropped out
of position, but could also mean that the front Card
Sensor is faulty.
Error is shown while trying to feed a Card from the Hopper
to the print engine if the Printer sees the front Card
Sensor block before the middle Card Sensor the error is

Card Sensor has dropped out of position, or that the front
Card Sensor is faulty.
Error is shown while trying to hand feed a Card into the
printing area. If the Printer sees the middle Card Sensor
block before the front Card Sensor the error is displayed.

This could possibly indicate that the front Card Sensor
has dropped out of position, or that the middle Card
Sensor is faulty.
