Clean-Pour Head Gasket
Removal &
Step 3:
Remove the threaded nut.
Step 6:
Place one washer on the stem. Then place selected size gasket on stem. Carefully thread
the nut back on to the stem by turning clockwise. Hand tightening of the nut is adequate.
Note: Do not force. Assure nut is flat to avoid stripping the threads.

Replacement
Step 4:
Remove gasket from stem.
Step 5:
Select the gasket color
to be used (White,Red
or Green).
