Back Panel

The back panel of the access point provides two ports and a DC power connector.

Viewed from left to right, the back panel contains the following components:
LAN port. One gray Gigabit Ethernet RJ-45 LAN port to connect the access point to Ethernet devices.
You can use the LAN port to connect the access point to a switch, computer, or other Ethernet device.
WAN PoE port. One yellow Gigabit Ethernet RJ-45 WAN port that supports PoE and that provides an
uplink connection to a PoE switch or regular switch that is connected to your network and the Internet
or to an Internet modem.
DC power connector. If you do not use a PoE connection, connect an optional power adapter to the
DC power connector.
Note
The Reset button is located on the left side panel of the access point. Press the Reset
button to reset the access point to factory default settings. For more information, see

Product Label

The product label on the bottom panel of the access point shows the default login information, default WiFi
network name (SSID), serial number, network key (password), and MAC address of the access point.
