2.2.3 Putting calls through to slave internal unit

The porter Switchboard can put the calls from the EP through to an slave internal unit ( e.g.
caretaker's house ).
When this service is active, the calls from EP ring at the Exchange and the slave internal unit
at the same time. The call is taken by the first telephone which answers.
From the slave internal unit one can answer the call, talk to the EP, receive the image and
command the door lock; the call cannot be put through to another IU.
To activate this function:
● press ✴ and 1 in sequence
a flashing T (transfer) appears on the Exchange display
To deactivate this function:
● press ✴ and 0 in sequence

2.2.4 Search by name

This function can automatically search for a NAME in the INTERNAL DIRECTORY, if the
standard call mode is active.
To activate the search:
● select by means of the
● press any button on the keypad;
he following message appears on the display
● type the first letters of the name to be looked for ( max 4 ) and confirm with ok;
the display shows the name in the phone book with the search initials
● starting from the name proposed the search can be continued using the
INTERNAL DIRECTORY buttons and confirm with ok;
