Calibrating RX Channel Select Filter

Context
This calibration is for the baseband filter inside Helgo ASIC. The calibration is done by internally measuring
a prototype filter. For this reason, the calibration is done only once, not separately for 3 bands.
This tuning doesn't require RF input from an external signal generator.
Steps
1. Select Tuning→RX Channel Select Filter Calibration
