Location The Alcatel OmniAccess 4302 WLAN Switch, like other computing devices and office equipment, requires an “electronics friendly” environment. Because it can be mounted on any flat, stable surface, select a location where the power and network connections will not interfere with traffic and office activities.
Use of a power line conditioner or Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) can decrease or mitigate problems caused by power service fluctuations. Make sure that the output of any power shaping device is compatible with the Alcatel OmniAccess 4302 WLAN Switch power supply.
